Legal notice and privacy
Updated on 16 August 2026. Written plainly, because anything that needs translating is usually hiding something.
What we keep, and nothing else
Your email address, the language you were reading in, which sections interest you, how many alerts you want, and the dates of your sign-up, your confirmation and your unsubscribe if you ask for one. Nothing more. We do not ask for your name or your country, and we do not work out who you are.
What for
To send you what you asked for: alerts about crypto opportunities with an expiry date. Nothing else. No profiling, no scoring, no automated decisions about you.
On what permission
Yours, twice over: you sign up, and then you confirm with a click in an email. Until that click we never write to you. You can withdraw it whenever you like and it takes effect immediately.
Who else touches it
Two providers, and they only do their job: Resend delivers the emails, and Hostinger hosts the site. Nobody else sees your address. We do not sell, share or trade data with anyone, and we will not: if that ever changed, you would be told first and asked again.
For how long
For as long as you want to hear from us. When you unsubscribe we stop writing immediately, and we keep only the line saying that you unsubscribed and when — because that is what proves your decision was respected. If you would rather not even that remained, write to us and we will delete it.
Cookies and tracking: there are none
This site does not set a single cookie. The only thing stored in your browser is the language you chose, so we do not ask again. No analytics, no pixels, no social buttons, no advertising. The fonts are served from our own server, so no third party gets to know you were here. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What you can ask for
To unsubscribe: one click in the footer of any email, no password and no explanations. And by writing to hola@dineroenlamesa.com: to know what we hold about you, correct it, take it with you, or have it deleted entirely. No questions and no attempt to keep you.
How we get paid
With referral links: if you open an account on a platform through our link, that platform pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it does not change what we tell you: whatever we publish is verified against the official documentation and carries its date, commission or no commission.
This is not financial advice
Nothing we publish is an investment recommendation or advice of any kind. Crypto is a place where people lose money, and conditions change without warning: that is why every figure carries its verification date. Always check the source before moving anything of yours. The decisions are yours and so is the risk.
Our data and texts
Everything we publish —entries, comparisons, indices, images and tables— belongs to Dinero en la Mesa, all rights reserved. You may quote it with a link to the page it comes from. Copying, redistributing or reusing it in other products or services, and text and data mining (also reserved in tdmrep.json and robots.txt), are not allowed without written permission.
