Terms of use — Dinero en la Mesa data for AI agents

What this is
Information about trading costs, funding rates, order book depth and airdrop campaigns on perpetual DEXs, each figure with the time it was read and its source. It is information, not investment advice, and not an order-execution service. Figures can be wrong or out of date: check as_of before acting.
Free use
Any agent, application or person may query the MCP server and the HTTP API and show the results to their own users, as long as they credit “Data: Dinero en la Mesa” with a link to dineroenlamesa.com.
Not allowed without our written permission
- downloading the data in bulk or copying it systematically to rebuild a dataset;
- re-serving or reselling the data as your own API, feed, MCP server or product;
- removing or replacing the account-opening links returned by the server;
- getting around the rate limits, for example by spreading calls over many addresses.
Limits
120 calls per minute per address. We may slow down or block traffic that breaks these terms.
Account links
Some account-opening links carry our referral code. Having a referral with a venue never changes its position in any ranking.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of accuracy or availability. We are not liable for losses from using it.
Changes
